Classroom are carpeted with sufficient heating and cooling. Outdoor soccer field and track, basketball courts and playground. Good science/art labs, extensive use of laptop computers. after school acivities includes volleyball, soccer, basketball, choir, ensemble, free dance, Art, yearbook, student government and academic counseling.
What has this school done to help your child transition from the curriculum in your home country into the curriculum in your new country? Are there programs to prepare your child for repatriation?
This program is doing a good job preparing my children for university studies in the US.
How would you describe the social activities available for parents through this school? Are there parent-teacher organizations?
There is a PTO and several activities throughout the year that provide parents with a chance to participate.
What advice would you give to someone considering enrolling their child in this school?
This school has caring teachers and high academic standards, also much to do after school. The parents for the most part seem very satisfied with WYIS.
