Mostly by Bus and Parent Pickup

How would you describe the facilities at this school? What extra-curricular activities are available?

This school-in its 4th year, offers a clean, safe enivironment. With computer labs, large gym, swimming pool, full size track and field, many after school activities. Next year there will be an 800 seat cafeteria, a performing arts center and many new classrooms to adjust to the increase in student body.

What has this school done to help your child transition from the curriculum in your home country into the curriculum in your new country? Are there programs to prepare your child for repatriation?

They have been good to place my children in the appropriate level classes. Now that they have the IB program, my youngest child will be able to use this to give her a broader selection for university choices. We have been pleased.

How would you describe the social activities available for parents through this school? Are there parent-teacher organizations?

The PTO has been running strong. They have sponsored many events that bring the school community together. They hosted an Elem. coffee at a nearby club, which was a good way for parents to meet. Parents are welcomed to help in many areas.

What advice would you give to someone considering enrolling their child in this school?

If your child is strong in his studies, as with no learning difficulties or social issues, then this is a great school to receive an education. I must say that it is better than what we were getting in the States.
