Transportation by bus

How would you describe the facilities at this school? What extra-curricular activities are available?

Facilities are minimal but is compensated by the use of facilities on Camp Casey, Korea e.g library, gym, etc.

What has this school done to help your child transition from the curriculum in your home country into the curriculum in your new country? Are there programs to prepare your child for repatriation?

The curriculum and format of the school is modeled on the Florida State Board of Education system. They do offer ESL to those students that do not possess English as a first language.

How would you describe the social activities available for parents through this school? Are there parent-teacher organizations?

Most events are centered around American holidays and events. They include several major Korean holidays which gives expats a better understanding of the culture and meet the locals. The Parent - Teacher Conference is very informal with one on one communication with the teachers.

What advice would you give to someone considering enrolling their child in this school?

Do not be put off by the size of the school. This is a small community. I prefer a small school myself. Rather identify the quality of the curriculum, teachers certifications, and overall reputation and academic history of the past students.
