Bus - public and school, taxi, car, walk

How would you describe the facilities at this school? What extra-curricular activities are available?

Many extra curricular activities. Lots of sports despite limited facilities. Good drama and music clubs in secondary. Primary is on a new campus. Facilities in secondary are good but need improving although what is there is used well. Lots of clubs like MUN (Model United Nations), environmental club etc. IT facilities good. Lots of teaching technology like whiteboards (interactive).

What has this school done to help your child transition from the curriculum in your home country into the curriculum in your new country? Are there programs to prepare your child for repatriation?

There is good university advice. Most students who leave the school to go to another country whether to their home country, university or to another foreign country seem to adapt well. Many stay in touch with the school and visit if back in Taiwan.

How would you describe the social activities available for parents through this school? Are there parent-teacher organizations?

The various parent support groups are very active.

What advice would you give to someone considering enrolling their child in this school?

They will love it. It is friendly and welcoming and the teachers really care especially in the secondary. Students work hard and there is a good mix of nationalities and cultures. More and more parents are making informed decisions and choosing this school over other international options in the city
