What grade levels are represented at this school?

K-Grade 12

How do most children get to school everyday? (bus, train, walk, etc.)

Some children have company transportation other make there own way. The school does not provide any bus service.

How would you describe the facilities at this school? What extra-curricular activities are available?

The facilities are very limited, No cafe, No Gym and a shared playground. Children are sent outside to eat their snacks on some picnic tables when the ambient temperature is minus 18 degrees centigrade or warmer so be sure to bring warm clothes with you. Yes, sounds like some tale from Oliver Twist but at least his school provided hot soup.

What has this school done to help your child transition from the curriculum in your home country into the curriculum in your new country? Are there programs to prepare your child for repatriation?

Nothing apart from teaching european kids how to count quarters and dimes, without mentioning anything about the use of SI units.

How would you describe the social activities available for parents through this school? Are there parent-teacher organizations?

There is a Parent Support Group to help make some decorations for various concerts and shows but they are not permitted to participate in school matters and the group does not include any teachers. The management of this school do not require any input from the fee paying customers as they know eactly what they are doing.

What advice would you give to someone considering enrolling their child in this school?

Don't exposure your children to this school, better to consider a rotational assignment and leave your kids at home. Some of the forty year old local Kazakh schools put this very expensive “International” School to shame.
