International and Catholic

What grade levels are represented at this school?

Pre-K (from 2 ye.1/2) until grade 12

How do most children get to school everyday? (bus, train, walk, etc.)

They are lucky to be able to walk to their school. This is what most of the kids do in japan.

How would you describe the facilities at this school? What extra-curricular activities are available?

A strong extracurricular program in Music. The school owns a Fine Arts Building, where many musical activities are offered, as well as many Music lessons to learn different instruments. A very good offer in Sport Activities, Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball, Track and Field... many others activities, like Brain Bowl, Math contest during the School hours

What has this school done to help your child transition from the curriculum in your home country into the curriculum in your new country? Are there programs to prepare your child for repatriation?

The school provides the possibilities of many external testings, like the TOEFL, the IOWA tests and the IGCSE for England. The school is used toi welcoming kids from various backgrounds, nationalities and experience. Every child is heartly welcomed.

How would you describe the social activities available for parents through this school? Are there parent-teacher organizations?

There is a PSG, parents support group. The administration sees the school as a "big family". In fact they keep contact with you, after you left the school, through a newsletter.

What advice would you give to someone considering enrolling their child in this school?

Do it. This school is the best in the Yokohama area, for the academic level, the fun the kids will have and the education they will receive.
