There is a mix of boarding and day students. There are currently four buses servicing the Ningbo area.

How would you describe the facilities at this school? What extra-curricular activities are available?

Very happy with the extra-curricular activities but wish there was more inter school sport competitions. The after school activities are called Co-curricular activities and there are more than a dozen options for my child each semester. The students also do Electives on a Friday. Activities range from Art, Drama, Photography, Service, taekwondo, Calligraphy, Table Tennis, Soccer, Basketball, Music and Languages (my child studies Spanish).

What has this school done to help your child transition from the curriculum in your home country into the curriculum in your new country? Are there programs to prepare your child for repatriation?

School is an IB World School and uses ManageBac to assist transition between schools. Our child's teacher has been very supportive and my daughter loves to going to school each day.

How would you describe the social activities available for parents through this school? Are there parent-teacher organizations?

Extensive. There seems to be something on every week from Art Exhibitions, Holi, Christmas, Easter, Tomb Sweeping Festivals, Chinese New Year, Student Led Conferences, Earth day, UN week, book week, children's day ..... Plenty.

What advice would you give to someone considering enrolling their child in this school?

Worth taking a tour of the facilities. Better than the competition.
