The main building of British School is a bit older than the others in the campus, but pretty well managed. Theater, soccer fields, cafeteria, etc are nicely managed in good condition.

What has this school done to help your child transition from the curriculum in your home country into the curriculum in your new country? Are there programs to prepare your child for repatriation?

It has many volunteers wanting to help new joiners. Not only PTA members but all staffs in the school are very supportive and helpful. There are many programs/events for new joiners such as tea time with the head teacher, traditional market tour, and flea market for used school uniform.

How would you describe the social activities available for parents through this school? Are there parent-teacher organizations?

There is a PTA and it is easy to find friends. School runs its homepage very actively and there are lots of things that you can try. It is also very helpful to use the weekly newspaper sent to your email address.

What advice would you give to someone considering enrolling their child in this school?

Many say it is expensive, but all international schools in Seoul are also expensive. SFS is one of the best schools that you can choose in Seoul and there are not many options to consider, in fact. If there is a slot, do not hesitate.
