How would you describe the facilities at this school? What extra-curricular activities are available?

The facilities at school are very poor, Main focus on acedemics ,The focus is Study and more studies very little sports, no theatre or Art ,

What has this school done to help your child transition from the curriculum in your home country into the curriculum in your new country? Are there programs to prepare your child for repatriation?

The school claims to be international with its IGCSE board (cambridge)Board, but with the new principal Indira jayakrishnan doesn't listen to the parents opinion or care for the child's welfare. The school is only worried about scoring an 90%+. By stressing and Pressurizing both the parent and the child and will stop at nothing to reach the school goals of getting an 100% in the boards , at whatever the cost of the child. The overall welfare of the child is neglected in the process. As a local school claiming to be international, they have very few good teachers on board, and also doing the 9th std portions in 8th grade, there by overloading the kids and not teaching them the basic of science, hence their foundation is not strong, there by losing confidence in studies, all of this for what? for the school's 10th grade boards?

How would you describe the social activities available for parents through this school? Are there parent-teacher organizations?

The school has had only one sided approach, they simply refuse to hear out any suggestion made by the parent, they are absolutely not accommodating to the mother or the child, very rigid and strict in their thoughts and actions. Never have they been open minded to new thoughts or ideas.

What advice would you give to someone considering enrolling their child in this school?

PLEASE take your time and look out for other schools, which can nurture your child in the child's well being, thus helping the child grow up well balanced with acedemics, sports, arts. Since we all have one childhood please attempt to make it special.
