The academic curriculum followed is the PYP and the MYP,the international curriculum. The school is a member of the ECIS but is not accredited. The school educates children to be confident, inquisitive and critical which wouldnot have been the case without this school. The school is privately owned by the Headmaster, which influences the way it is run deeply.

What has this school done to help your child transition from the curriculum in your home country into the curriculum in your new country? Are there programs to prepare your child for repatriation?

The International Curriculum is open to influences from around the world. And the children are taught to be tolerant and respectful towards other humans and other cultures. There is small Special Needs Department, including Speech Therapy and ESL.

How would you describe the social activities available for parents through this school? Are there parent-teacher organizations?

The PA is limited in its possibilities due to 1) an intake diameter of approx. 35km and 2) the influence by the Headmaster. There are few activities for parents, but Newcomers are very warmly welcomed and supported by the "old" parents.

What advice would you give to someone considering enrolling their child in this school?

To ask critical questions about the multicultural approach and the academic curriculum. Enquire about the information flow towards parents, which is limited.
