What advice would you give someone preparing to move to your area about the actual move, choosing a neighborhood and finding a home?

No advice. Depends on your style of life. I grew up in the mountains of Colorado in a cabin with no electricity, running water, and snowed in 3 months of the year.

Village house. I'm the only American in the Village.
