Burlington is a wonderful place to call home. It offers a variety of activities and attractions, from its unique shops and restaurants to its stunning natural scenery. Before moving to Burlington, expats should know that it has a temperate climate, with four distinct seasons, although summers are usually the warmest. Expats should also be aware that housing costs in Burlington tend to be more expensive than other regions of Ontario. Additionally, Burlington has a well-developed public transport system, making it easy to get around without a car. Finally, there is a vibrant arts and culture scene in Burlington, with lots of events and festivals throughout the year.
