Whenever possible, dress modestly and refrain from wearing overly revealing clothes. When drinking alcohol, do so in moderation, as excessive drinking is generally frowned upon. Smoking is also considered offensive to many, so it is best to avoid smoking in public places such as restaurants, though there are some designated smoking areas.
