"I've been living in Turin for a while now, and I can tell you that it's definitely possible to live comfortably on $3,000 a month, even if you're used to modern amenities. However, you might have to make some sacrifices in terms of the neighborhood you choose to live in and the size of your apartment.First, let's talk about the neighborhoods. Turin has some really nice areas, like the city center, Crocetta, and San Salvario, but these can be quite expensive. If you want to live in one of these areas, you might have to settle for a smaller apartment or share with roommates to make it work within your budget. Of course, you might have to make some sacrifices, but overall, you can have a good quality of life here.First of all, you'll want to choose an affordable neighborhood to live in. Some of the more expensive areas, like the city center or the neighborhoods around Parco del Valentino, might be out of your budget. However, there are plenty of other options that are more affordable and still offer a great living experience. For example, you could consider living in San Salvario, which is a lively and diverse neighborhood with a lot of bars, restaurants, and shops. It's also close to the city center, so you won't feel too isolated.Another option is the Mirafiori Sud area, which is a bit further from the city center but has a more residential feel. It's a great place for families, and you can find some really nice apartments at a lower price than in the more central areas. And while you might not be able to afford dining at high-end restaurants all the time, there are plenty of delicious and affordable options for eating out in the city. You'll also want to be mindful of your spending on things like shopping and entertainment.
