You can find a decent apartment for around $300-$500 a month. I'd avoid neighborhoods like Tran Phu or Nguyen Thien Thuat, as they tend to be more expensive due to their proximity to the beach and tourist attractions.When it comes to transportation, I'd suggest getting a motorbike, as it's the most common and affordable way to get around the city.
