"Hello! we have visited Costa Rica, and plan to move there within 2 years. Can anyone compare Costa Rica with Belize as far as retirement? The main drawback to Belize for us is the incidence of hurricanes. Is there an area that is least likely hit? We need a cooler mountain type climate, not hot beach weather requiring air conditioning.
