I would recommend Nicaragua (Rivas or San Juan del
Sur) or Panama (Bocas del Toro) or here in San
Salvador, El Salvador area only 25 miles from the
ocean, full of bi lingual schools, the children will
learn Spanish rapidly as adults have more resistance.
