new restaurant in punta cana el cortecito

hello my wife and I are considering purchasing a small restaurant in el Cortecito. As we are Canadian the menu would be north american style, home cooked breakfast, subs, deli sandwiches, steak dinners pizza etc. My question is would enough people be interested in this type of menu to succeed?
