moving to dom rep, part time job opportuniuties

I am planning to move to the dominican from england within the next year with my fiance. We have visited a few times and we feel caberete is our preference. We are looking to buy a couple of properties to rent out or a small hotel or bed and breakfast as a business but i would also like to work part time. I have a background in geology and work for environmental consultancies in the UK. I have also undertaken some property renovations and would like to continue doing that. My fiance is a PA and has extensive experience as a jeweller. Are there any jobs in the dom rep that would be of interest?
