Hi looking to relocate and retire to north coast of DR and live a surfing lifestyle (SUP surfing). We want to live near the beach, close enough so that we can get to a surf spot every early morning, sip our coffee and check out the surf. We are not looking for big waves, just consistent surf break, fun waves and with folk just there to have fun. We know about Cabarete and Encuentro -- looking at Google Earth I see many other potential beaches that look interesting and perhaps a bit more laid back.
