Your advice or in-put about what I would prefer

Is it expensive to ship a vehicle and/or household goods to the Dominican? I am looking for a place/country to live with good weather year-round, not very expensive, safe, friendly, good food, beautiful countryside, nice beaches. Not asking for much huh? Do not want to live in a city but prefer to live outside of town, preferably near the coastline. Not really interested in an apartment but would prefer a two-bedroom home or villa. Is it hard to bring a dog into this country?
