Where are the best middle schools (collèges) in Martinique?

Hi, we are planning a move to Martinique in September 2024. My 10 year old son will be starting middle school (collège) next year, and we would like to choose our region according to the best school for him. We are looking for a school that offers a good level of education, and a mix of expats and locals. Does anyone have any advice for us please?
