Transfering Money!

Hello, I am going to Gdyel, Algeria in October of 2011 for a few months. I would like to know how i can transfer or get money from Ontario, Canada to Gdyel. The banks here have no contacts with Algeria or Tunis , unfortunately, so wht can i do please, Is there anyone out there who can help me. pls, i need to live there too, I am a retired lady, will marry in Tunis, then live in Gyydel, with my new husband for a few months.
I do hope someone can help me, without a lot of charges for this. Thank you,
