Hijrah

Hi. I am looking at making a hijrah to live in a muslim country and it seems that Algeria is pretty safe to do so. My husband is Algerian and it only makes sense to be moving into there. He has not been there for some time and lost touch with a couple of matters, in particular property prices etc. I am not planning to live in the family house, he has a lovely family, but I just love having my own space. Anyone care to share how the prices are like. I am looking at Setif. is there amy housing loan to recommend? Thanks
