Hello All! I'm from the US and will be getting married in Algeria next month inshaAllah with my Algerian fiancé. He has already bought a wedding ring for me, he bought it from France. My concern is: when I travel back to the USA once we finish our wedding, will I need to declare my wedding ring from him? Also, if it is a gold wedding ring, am I allowed to take it out of the country. I thought I read somewhere that prohibited items to export from Algeria include gold and jewelry. I'm not sure what to do, any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!
