Racisim???

I am a Black American women married to a white man with a bi-racial son. I am global trekker and have been for years. We are looking to make a move for a few years and Argentina was recommended but I was told by a friend that they are very racist towards brown skinned people. I have dealt with this in some European counties so it's not that bad but I heard Argentinians are especially rude. Is this true? I would like some info on it!
