I left the USA 2 months ago and am currently in Panama City. PC was not the cosmopolitan city I thought it was. I've always had my sights on Buenos a Aires and just bought a plane ticket to arrive Wednesday. Typically, I've been staying in hotels for the first week until I get the lay of the land.
I'm 45 years old, single, and want to be very close to the action near Downtown. I also like nice amenities versus older ones and close to transit as I have no car, etc. Can anyone please recommend what areas of the city I should focus on as I'm clueless at this point.
