Any expats living in the province of Misiones and liking it?

My wife and I are currently living in BA, but noticed how cheaper the real estate is in the province of misiones versus mendoza or buenos aires so we wonder if there are any north american living there? also if there is enough basic services, shopping, tools for building, affordable food etc. Also if anyone has anything to say about mosquitos? is it that unbarable? or quite tolerable? mucho gracias.
