Apartment Rental in San Martin de los Andes

Hi there! My husband I just arrived in San Martin de los Andes and are interested in renting an apartment or small house for the summer (Dec-Feb). Does anyone have any tips on the best ways to find long term rental properties? We've visited each of the real estate offices here but they're not as invested in helping for obvious reasons.
