I am American, formerly married to a man with dual citizenship US/Argentina. There are two apartments in Cordoba that the American court has ordered him to sell to pay a large debt in child support. He has shown the court listings for the properties (with no address, pictures or details) on a classified ad website similar to craigslist (http://www.clasificadoslavoz.com.ar/avisos/departamentos/2941062/vendo-depto-2-dormitorios-con-balcon-terraza-excelente-ubicacion.html), but the "agent" does not respond to inquiries and the pricing appears to be too high to generate any interest. Can anyone provide any information on how apartments are typically marketed in Cordoba/Argentina and how to get a valid valuation to determine fair market value. I appreciate any advice on how to get these properties sold and/or any contacts for trusted representatives I could consult or hire to sell the properties as a foreigner with a Power of Attorney or use the American court orders and Apostille treaty to order the sale ? I heard that properties are often auctioned. I appreciate all insight and advice as we are in a desperate situation with all other assets transferred or hidden and years of unpaid support for my children.
