CAREER OBSTACLE

I have been looking for work for over 4 years and have been unsuccessful in the financial sectors.. all I hear is times are hard...be patient... it will come... all I want to know is why someone who speaks 3 languages...have worked as AVP in banks and have over 25 years experience cannot find a job here in Argentina? I know as a 48 year old woman with 2 kids I am no longer desired here but if anyone can help me out I would really appreciate it... my children DO NOT want to return to the US and I am dreading telling them we have no choice since we need additional income....PLEASE
