Short-Term Accomocdation in Sydney

Hi there

I'll be transferring to Sydney in mid April and am looking for short-term accomodation for around 1 month (this should give me enough time to wander round and decide in which area I want to live in - before committing to a long-term lease).

I've been searching the internet for quite a while but all I can find are either serviced apartments which are terribly expensive or then furnished 1BR or studios with a minimum lease period of 3 months.

I need an apartment that's fully furnished, within 30minutes of Sydney's CBD and which does not cost more than 400$/wk.

If you know of any good real estate agents that specialise in short-term accommodation of that kind, please let me know!
