17year old teenager needs friends Perth sor

Hi everyone

Needing your help my daughter recently moved over to Perth 3 weeks ago and she is feeling very lonely. I don't want her to go back the uk. She has joined tafe but only older people on her course. She is very down in the dumps. Can anyone suggest any help please?
She has just turned 17
