Moving to Australia from Ireland

Hi we are hoping to move to Australia from Ireland in 2019 with 3 children, 12,2.5 and 1 year at the time of the move. Anybody have any tips regarding this move or can anyone give me an overview of their personal experience of moving to Australia from Ireland with young children. It would be much appreciated.
