Partner Visa: Do it yourself vs hiring a professional to do it

Hi,

I am researching Australia partner visa topics since I will be lodging an application soon. I know it's going to be a costly and long journey and I want to make sure my application is thorough and complete. My question is do you guys think I should try doing it myself or should I hire an immigration expert to help prepare the application? I am based in UK, but I am thinking of getting an agency like Absolute Immigration, which is based in Australia to do the work for me. Their website says they have partner visa expert Laurie Duncan on board. What do you think is the best course of action? Please advise.
