We will be moving from Calif. to Austria for 10-month work/study and want to ship our Subaru, pick it up in (probably) Holland and drive it to Austria. I know we will need to register it, but can't find any clear guidance on if it will need an inspection and if so who does it and what kind of inspection. Does anyone know? Would appreciate any guidance. Thanks.
