Can you help me calculate Netto from GROSS?

Guten tag!

Can you guys verify if this page calculates netto correctly? I see that it takes into consideration "Sozialversicherung" and "Lohnsteuer". Isn't there Health insurance missing? It tells me that 37% will be taken from my gross salary. Is that correct? The gross should be 55k E early ...
