Hello, my husband and I are in the process of adopting a baby from an orphanage in Baku. I would prefer to stay in Baku for several weeks in between our court date and when our baby is released to come home to the US. Does anyone have any thoughts of maybe finding a host family or something like that? I would assume that a hotel would be too expensive. Thanks!
