Starting a new life...preparing to move to Bahamas

Hello everybody!
I would need a piece of advice and some tips regarding my idea to move to Bahamas....I am a 24 years old Romanian girl, I gratuaded Journalism in my country, I travelled a lot and I have some experience working and dealling with people...The idea is that I am looking for a a quite and relaxing place to start a new life, to work and to enjoy my life in the same time. I just want to know how safe is it for a girl to live there by herself and how hard it is to find a job there and to obtain a work permit?.
