Work/Live in the Bahamas

Hi,
Currently I am a 21 year old student at The Ohio State University. My major is Hospitality Management. My life long dream is to one day work and live in the Bahamas. I figured with a hospitality degree my dream could become more of a reality. This is really all i have ever wanted to do with my life. So really i am asking how possible this would be and maybe a little insight into what would have to happen for this to work. Thanks.
