Move to Nassau summer 2011

Hi my name is Rose and I will be moving to Nassau this summer with my 12 y/o daughter and husband. I am from Illinois. We are trying to find a house in the West, but having trouble finding one we can afford. My daughter will be going Lyford Cay in the fall. I will be working as a nurse and my husband has a contract with a resort. Is there any neighborhoods in the West that we should watch out for? We are looking in Vista Marina/The Grove.
