Container shipping from FLA?

We're moving to Bahamas and starting to get hands around logistical issues such as moving items into the country. First, is there a site we can go to that list items that will be taxed? Second, is there anyone with experience with shippers out of FLA as we're from that area. Third, we have a dog that is coming with us and need leads on best way to get him here as he's a bit old.
