Insurance jobs in Nassau?

I am looking to move to Nassau over the next year, I travel there 5 to 6 times a year for personal reasons so I am very aware of the area, work permit process, etc. However, I have no clue what to expect as far as salary and what my chances of actually obtaining a job would be? I have my Bachelors in Health Management, graduated Summa Cum Laude and nearly 6 years insurance experience for a very large company in the States. I have applied at Family Guardian and I am looking into Colina, Princess Margaret and Doctors hospital as well on the administration side. Any helpful advice? Applying for jobs is a bit different from the States from what I have seen thus far, they don't post specific jobs you just submit your application and if they are interested they contact you? Any help much appreciated! Thanks! I'm new to this site also, first post!
