PLS HELP- Part time living in Bahamas questions

Hello-
I currently live in Miami but am thinking of living most of the year in the Bahamas or very nearby Caribbean, love the water etc :)

I will need to go to Miami once to twice per month on short notice.

I will only live in the Bahamas, no work, etc. My business is in Miami and will remain there.

I am guessing Nassau is probably the best based upon 5+ flights daily to Miami, is this correct?

Additionally I need excellent or at least, great-

1) Internet Service

2) Cellular/mobile phone Service

3) Nice Rental Apt/Condo w/ no electricity blackouts or minimum blackouts, since i need to use my computer a lot over the Internet. (will consider buying later)

4) Also gonna take my German Shepherd Mix older dog with me (but he will stay in Bahamas and not travel back and forth, I am single) will need someone to care for the dog at home if possible.

What kind of service level can I expect for the above services?

What cost in US dollars should I expect to spend on these services/rent?

Is Nassau the best place to accomplish this or are there other Islands that would be better suited in the Carribean (willing to consider outside Bahamas if necessary) but do keep in mind large amount of flights and short flight time to Miami is very much required, since THE GOAL IS TO MAKE MY RESIDENCE AS TRANSPARENT AS POSSIBLE, SO THAT IT SEEMS THAT I STILL LIVE IN MIAMI.

PLS HELP, any useful info will be appreciated, especially on Internet access, etc. Thanks.
