Prof couple looking for apart for 4 months

Hi All,
My husband has been posted to Nassau for 4 months by his employer and I am tagging along (lucky me!).

We need the apartment from Aug 22 - Dec 21, 2013. We are trying to find, and having difficulty doing so, a two bed apartment/condo preferably close to downtown (less than 40min commute) on/close to the beach (of course). Problem is the employer's budget is quite tight. We have $2500 per month to cover rent, utilities (electricity, water, gas) AND internet (although this isn't completely necessary and we can pay out of our own pocket if we found the right place). We aren't looking for a room in someone's house as we like our privacy. Anyone know anyone who is looking for tenants? We have tried real estate agents but usually the apartments are too much, not available for short term leases, don't include utilities or are too far away.
