Retirement Information

My wife and I are planning to retire to Grand Bahama from Canada full time. We will be selling our house in Canada to finance the purchase of another house ($300K) in the Freeport or surrounding area. We will be living on an annual pension of approx 40K ( before tax) We know that most things are more expensive due to duty ect. but need information on cost of insurance, health,auto,home etc.Any help would be much appreciated. P.S. coming to Freeport for 10 days in April 2013
