Question about Immigration

My permit is due to expire over the Easter holiday. My renewal package is complete and ready for submission. HOwever, my employer owes back National Insurance since October . Does anyone know if we can submit the permit renewal and pay just the back NIS payments for myself or does he have to bring the whole company current in order to submit for one permit renewal?
