House hunting!

Hi everyone!

We will be moving over to Nassau this summer from Exuma, where we have been living for the past 18 months since relocating from abroad. Due to my husbands promotion we now need to leave this amazing Island and hop over to Nassau.

I'm slightly nervous of where to live as here on Exuma we hear stories of how dangerous parts of Nassau have become, would it be a bad idea to rent a family home not in a gated community? And which areas are better suited for young families?

We also have an "Island car" it's a little rough and ready but fully insured are the laws on car conditions different in Nassau than here on the family islands?
