So I've been mining the web and am not able to find a straight answer to this question.
If my family were to move to the Bahamas (from Canada) and we purchased a multi-unit property what are the issues regarding the income earned from rental of the other units. We would of course reside in one of the units on the primary property.
My wife would be working as a private school teacher under a work permit while I would not have one but may look to start a business (whole other issue I know)
Just curious if I would require some form of work permit or how this income would be classified, are there any other regulations in regards to this kind of setup etc.
