Bird Help

Hello.
I found a seagull with a broken wing on my beach, well its more like it found me.

The wing looks dislocated, i took her in, and put her in a comfortable box, tried to take the wing close to her body and gave her some food.

I am worried that it won't survive.
Anyone have ideas or suggestions?
I live by cable beach.
I know its a wild bird, and that i perhaps should not be doing this, but i just can't help it.
